Shipping
All vinyl records and other items are shipped in reinforced mailers specially designed for vinyl records in order to ensure optimum protection during transportation.
The delivery information provided when placing an order is automatically transmitted to the carrier and used directly for generating shipping labels. Please make sure that your name, address and all delivery information are accurate before confirming your order.
1/ Colissimo Tracked Delivery Without Signature
This shipping method allows you to track your parcel using the tracking number sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
The parcel may be delivered directly to your mailbox or handed over to the recipient.
⚠️ This option does not provide proof of delivery by signature. In the event of delivery to a mailbox, the possibilities for claims against the carrier may be limited.
For a more secure delivery, we recommend the Colissimo with Signature option, especially for valuable orders or when your mailbox is not suitable for receiving parcels.
If the parcel is too large to fit into the mailbox and the recipient is absent, a delivery notice may be left and the parcel will be held at the local post office indicated by the carrier.
2/ Colissimo Tracked Delivery With Signature
This shipping method provides additional security, as the parcel is delivered against the recipient's signature.
In case of absence, the parcel may be made available at the post office designated by the carrier.
The recipient will have the period specified by the carrier to collect the parcel before it is returned to the sender.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the absence of the recipient or because it was not collected within the carrier's time limit, reshipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
We recommend checking the condition of the parcel upon delivery. In case of significant damage, it is advisable to refuse the parcel and indicate the reason for refusal to the carrier.
3/ Chronopost
Chronopost is our fastest shipping solution.
Parcels are delivered according to the carrier's terms and conditions, either to your address or to a pickup point, depending on the service selected.
In case of absence, the parcel may be held at a depot or pickup point.
As with all shipping methods, we recommend checking the condition of the parcel upon delivery. If visible damage is noticed, it is advisable to refuse the parcel and immediately inform Undergroundtekno.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the absence of the recipient or because it was not collected within the carrier's time limit, reshipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only. Undergroundtekno shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
Returns
In accordance with French consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.
Returned items must be complete, in their original condition and properly protected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incomplete, damaged or deteriorated products will not be eligible for a refund.
