Our records and other items are always packed in a double thickness cardboard , reinforced on the sides to avoid chocs.They are specially designed to ship this product type.
3 shipments methods are available :
1/ International Priority Letter without tracking number:
This method of shipment is the cheapest, but without tracking or insurance, no articles compensation or substitution will be made in case of loss or deterioration of the goods .
The package will be delivered in your letter box.Any claim can be made to Udergroundtekno if parcel is lost or damaged .Indicative delivery time sent by shipping company: 3-4 open days .
2/ International Letter with tracking number:
This shipping method allow you to track the package with a tracking number which will be sent to you by email when we send the marchandise.With this shipping method , no compensation or commodity replacement will be made in case of loss or deterioration of the goods .
The package will be delivered in your letter box.Indicative delivery time sent by shipping company: 3-4 open days.
3/International Package shipping with tracking number:
This shipment method is a bit more expensive , but the articles will be replaced if lost or damaged driven by transport ( refuse the package if it is damaged at delivery , and indicate as grounds for refusal : parcels deteriorated by 'the post office'). No claim due to the transport will be accepted if the package is delivered.
If the shiping company can't delivery the pack because there is nobody to receive the pack at the delivery adress , the recipient will be notified by a paper in the letter box, the package will be available at the nearest post office during 10 days , after which , if the recipient does not pick up the package to the post office, this one will be returned to us.
If the recipient wants a new shipment , he will have to pay the full price for the new shipment
Undergroundtekno can not be held responsible if the delivery is delayed because of the shiping company.
You have a period of 7 days to retract from the order date, so you have the opportunity to return the item provided that they are in perfect condition . In all cases,you will have to pay the shipping return , this return will be a refund or a credit note of the amount of the returned merchandise.
in case of return , be sure to specify the order number for the returned item , and whether you want a credit or a refund .
